You need to contact you HW managet & get personal API credentials

Map correct listing with Hostelworld Id

You will find property ID here:

Note: most often problem - Please fill in correct Guests quantity in Listings

Guests quantity must be identical as on HostelWorld

If HostelWorld type is Private - Nobeds type must be Private-room

Please check your listing settings before Mapping
