Issue: In-between bookings in Airbnb are happening.

I am experiencing a serious issue where Airbnb guests are able to book inside the date range of an existing confirmed reservation through Nobeds.

Simple idea for the note field of the Booking Info

If the note field ("Visible Comment" of "About Client") section could be a rich text instead than simple text it could be more useful to underline the pieces of information with color or others.

Hello, Two months ago we upgraded to an annual subscription and completed payment via Stripe, with confirmation of activation and validity. Shortly after, we were mistakenly charged for a monthly subscription, which we reported and your team kindly refunded.
