Issue: In-between bookings in Airbnb are happening.

I am experiencing a serious issue where Airbnb guests are able to book inside the date range of an existing confirmed reservation through Nobeds.

Here’s an example from my listing:

Guest 1: Check-in Aug 13, 2025, Check-out Aug 15, 2025

Guest 2: Check-in Aug 14, 2025, Check-out Aug 18, 2025

The Aug 14 date should have been blocked, as it is in the middle of Guest 1’s stay, but it was shown as available on Airbnb and booked by Guest 2.

Details:

Both bookings came via Airbnb and were managed through Nobeds.

The physical unit is the same and mapped correctly to the Airbnb listing.

In my Nobeds calendar, the dates for Guest 1’s booking should have blocked Aug 13–14 nights, but Airbnb still allowed the Aug 14 check-in.

I contacted Airbnb they are saying that this issue is coming from your Channel Manager and this is the second time this is happening, thank god I have two properties and I managed in both cases but it will soon get out of hands.
