ssue with Missing Annual Subscription After Confirmed Payment
Hello, Two months ago we upgraded to an annual subscription and completed payment via Stripe, with confirmation of activation and validity. Shortly after, we were mistakenly charged for a monthly subscription, which we reported and your team kindly refunded.
The current issue is more serious: our annual subscription has disappeared, and the account has reverted to the free plan. We have full proof of the annual payment, including screenshots of our account before and after the incident, and Stripe transaction details.
We kindly request immediate restoration of our annual subscription, a clear explanation of what caused the problem, and assurance that such issues will not happen again. This situation is significantly impacting our operations during peak summer rental season.
