Subscription still not active following successful payment

Hi,
I just subscribed and everything seemed to go through ok. Stripe confirmed the payment was successful and redirected back to you site. When looking in my account the status of the account is still not set as subscribed.
I tested logging out and back in. I also tested open a incognito window and logging in through that. I also tested another browser.
My account still seems to be in an unsubscribed state,
Please can you help look at this?
