I want to get notified by email or webhook everytime I get a new booking with booking details.

Hello! I update availability and pricing on Availiabilty Calendar (change prices, availability from 0 to 1) but updated availability does change in airbnb calendar. Tried to sync manually, unconnected and connected to airbnb again, but nothing changes. However, current reservation syncs well with price updates.

If I have four rooms in my house, and I want to sell each room separately or sometimes sell the whole house, the calendars must be linked. So if one of the rooms was sold, the calendar for the whole house must be closed. Or if the whole house was sold, all calendars for each room must be closed.

I use 3 channels (Airbnb, Booking, Expedia).

When adding a direct booking over the one page or the direct booking engine, it does not take children into account. The proforma and invoice state number of guests but children are not included.
One adult and two children appear as 1 guest.

I decided now to install the direct booking feature on my website. My rates are based on the amount of guests per room. For example: booking of room 50€ for one guest, the second guest in the room will pay additional 25€. The third additional 20€. So for three guests the room would cost 95€.
With the direct booking engine it seems like it costs only 50€ no matter which rules are behind the booking. Did I oversee anything?
