Unable to open availability

Hello. I would like to request assistance because I am not able to set new availabilities for my hotel rooms. I tried to follow one of the guides provided on the website in the 'help' section, but I didn't find a solution because the tools and the calendar shown there are completely different from what I have on my platform. On another day, I also tried to change my password, following a guide, and just like with the calendar, the options and tools were different, and I was not successful.

There has been a recent change in the hotel's management. Could it be that we were left with an administrator/user without proper permissions? What could be the reason for not having access to all the tools that the platform offers? I will attach a photo showing how my calendar looks.
