Hello, I have problem with subscription between hostelworld and nobeds. The rooms are connected but it doesnt detect rate from hostelworld. It is still written defqult. However I have already paid the subcription and it should not be default. How could it be resolved. I appreciate your help. Best Regards, Kaell Suque

No adding rates/availability to booking.com

Hi, We have a pro subscription, and we added one property with 3 apartments to NoBeds. Then, we selected NoBeds as our booking.com connectivity provider, and set the rates/availability of our apartments in NoBeds almost till the end of 2024. Finally, we connected booking.com to NoBeds using your guidelines (property ID, select listing, etc.) But even after several hours (and manually clicking the sync button – and almost every other button available too), booking.com is still showing NO availability for 2024. It says there might be some error in mapping our rates/availability to booking.com, but provides very vague information about this error. Since then, we've tried deleting and re-adding our apartments; we've tried clicking on another rate in NoBeds to sync – but still nothing. Please help us sort this out asap, as we're losing out on bookings every day this issue persists. We really want to like NoBeds, but so far it's unusable for us because of this issue... Thanks, Aron

No pulling through 2025 bookings

Why is Nobeds not pulling through my bookings for 2025? I found another one, on 21st March 2025 which hasn't pulled through from Airbnb. Please can you help?

I noticed that a guest made a booking on Airbnb for 29th June 2025 but it hasn't pulled through to Nobeds. Can you look into why this happened and then correct it please? Many thanks Patricia

Onepage Review Issue?

I'm using this site for 2 separate hotels and I'm noticing that they're not getting reviews? One of them I just started using it February but the other one had been in use from since last year. On the error logs, both hotels do show: Get reviews error: The remote server returned an error: (503) Service Unavailable. | 9516018 Get reviews error: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. | 1179592 Hotel ID 1: 1508161156 Hotel ID 2: 1508168333

Airbnb not showing availability correctly.

We have a seasonal glamping through nobeds, and we have marked November-March as 0 availability. This is however showing in Airbnb as free to book. How can i change this? 2 orders for the same listing, final avalabiltiy -1

Dear NoBeds, today we received a booking from Booking.com for 2 people on one single guest listing. Result: two orders created for the same listing with final availability -1! Please look at the referral order id: 4241249631 (NoBeds order id: 1875068 and 1875069). Unfortunately we had to correct immediately moving one of the two orders to a different listing, we hope haven't contaminated the case for your analysis. Can you explain us what happens? We are going into the high season and tons or requests are going to come, we fear possible overbooking cases.... Is there some mismatching on the channel? From our side, just looking at the listing ids everything looks good.
