Booking Email

Hello, I stumble onto a issue.

I didn't receive a copy of the approval email to me? The booking was made via Booking.com and normally we receive an email alerting us when new bookings are made on the website and update our reservation on a separate software.

(We use nobeds as a channel manager since we work primarily with travel groups and the website doesn't have any feature to create group reservations)

However a reservation went through the cracks and we didn't know about this reservation until the guest arrive the next day. Could you please assist?
