Hello I brought up a couple of days ago (Topic: Booking Email) that one of my hotel was not receiving emails for received on Nobeds; we use nobeds primarily as a channel manager for booking.com. I synced it on nobeds and immediately the emails came in but the issue persisted where I received a reservation from booking.com with the following message:
An error just occurred: A reservation you just received through Booking.com didn't reach your channel manager or Property Management System (PMS).
This email came in on February 10 via booking.com. Today (11/02) I just received the emails from Nobeds at least 15+ hours later. The reservation ID that show this issue are as follows: 2253925, 2253992, 2253327, 2253328
Febuary 11, 2025_I'll disconnect booking.com from it and reconnect it in hopes this fix this issue.
Febuary 12, 2025_Nobeds had made my entire property unbookable on booking.com and Expedia doesn't seem to be linked since I can make changes directly with Expedia.
tldr: reservation is receving into nobeds but not the emails; Big issue as we mainly use Nobeds as a channel manager for our main PMS. Now the website not working with Expedia and Booking.com
At another location, this hotel now uses it overall for reservations, etc. However, just yesterday they're having similar issues where they are not getting the booking overall and weas notified directly with expedia email. We checked on Nobeds and booking wasn't there which lead front desk manually entering the reservation.
