Is there anyway to create a group reservation? Sometimes I have family booking several rooms and I don't see option to create or attach reservations

I tried your website but it is far to complicated for me. Can you please close my account or show me how to do it?

Does anyone have a better understanding of Auto rates than I do, I've been staring at it but don't fully understand how it works. Besides entering the minimum and maximum I want to charge per room type. How does the City minimum, average and maximum prices influence mine.

Full Address Field for customers when creating a booking, currently they only need to fill in one line and most people just put their door number and street. Not enough information to process their debit/credit card properly.

I see rooms cleaned as an option in some places, but do not see any way to update this without going into bookings.

Ability to automatically open or close Rooms under certain conditions like time or changes in availability of other rooms.
