Does anyone have a better understanding of Auto rates than I do, I've been staring at it but don't fully understand how it works. Besides entering the minimum and maximum I want to charge per room type. How does the City minimum, average and maximum prices influence mine.

Sample from nobeds:

City min = 30, settings: 25|2|0|-2|99 (AutoRate will be 30 + 2 = 32)
City average = 35, settings: 30|0|-1|0|99 (Autorate will be 34)
