Airbnb message on top of dashboard: "Some rentals has 0 rate, please check 02/18/2023
This message is there since 2 or 3 weeks already but I have checked before and it wasn´t true: All had a rate!
With Google Chrome (latest official build) Dashboard "Today bookings" keeps on loading and loading and...?
At times I encounter the problem that I see loading... message on top of Todays bookings on Dashboard and it never dissapears. Refrehing the page does not really help.
Did the latest update activate a new hidden feature "rent plenty - pay one" or is it a bug?
Please try a new booking with more than one day stay and you will see the counter for number of days is showing the correct number of days before it jumps back to 1 in a second.
Ocupancy % is completely wrong
Ocupancy in percent on availability calender is incorrect.

Can you please add a mark to a reservation and allow to choose if you want the reservation to send automatic emails to the customer or not?
Not every customer wants to receive an email to their email.
