Hello guys, i've searching for some crucial charts to evaluate my operation, but Nobeds still don't have these, let me list below the kind of chart:

1- Occupation - Showing the occupation in the accomodation in percentage on the selected period

The Calculation: \_\_

 Number of booked nights ÷ Number of available nights

2- Net Operating Income

The revenue earned by a property after deducting operating expenses is known as net operating income (NOI). It's an important metric to examine the vacation rental profitability,

Net Operating Income = Gross Income - Operating expenses

Another cool feature is to be able to filter the charts per room.
