I would like manage rates, offers, availability,… from booking.com as primary and export all this data to nobeds and others otas like airbnb, google, etc from booking.com

If a reservation is edited, the per person per night services are not added to the adjusted room price. Services is calculated only at booking creation.

can you mange a multi reservation

When we do a direct booking the price is not adjusted when more than one guest is entered. If the room price is dependend on the number of guests it would be nice to update this automatically.

eMails should include the field: reply-to and this field should include our hosts eMail adress. So guests are able to answer to our emails from the system.

How can the proforma invoice be sent to a guest? Status change does not trigger the sending.

Would it be possible to implement the automatic pricing feature for the entire month or the whole year?
