When you have a staff menber at the reception if they wan't to make a paymento or input a payment or even simply change the status for check in or check out they need to have Admin Priveliges to change the booking, and not a more simple one.

There should be a away to input guest information like passport, valid date , adress etc. Even for more than a guest, if the booking have two guest then the information should be for both.
