HOUSEKEEPING TEAM AND SATFF
IDEAS for DEV
There should be a field or sector focus only for housekeeping.
In this field we could assign to different staff members for each different rooms, and write cleaning notes or special requests for each room, like a note field.
on top of that the cleaning team could inform the system that the room was clean already and the inspection would occur. after the inspection, the room would be available for check-in.
OR during the inspection if it was necessary to re clean or do any maintenance then we could change the room status for one of this situations.
BUG
I have noticed that even if a room wasn't used after a day the system put this room as dirty even though no one was there.
The room just should be considered dirty by the system on one o these situations:
- there was a use o the room, by staff, guests, or the maintenance team
- if the room wasn't been used for a week and is required to have a quick check
- or its status is like broken or needs repair
Please consider these as some ideas for your system.
