Hello, I have problem with subscription between hostelworld and nobeds. The rooms are connected but it doesnt detect rate from hostelworld. It is still written defqult. However I have already paid the subcription and it should not be default. How could it be resolved. I appreciate your help. Best Regards, Kaell Suque

Why is Nobeds not pulling through my bookings for 2025? I found another one, on 21st March 2025 which hasn't pulled through from Airbnb.

I noticed that a guest made a booking on Airbnb for 29th June 2025 but it hasn't pulled through to Nobeds. Can you look into why this happened and then correct it please?

I'm using this site for 2 separate hotels and I'm noticing that they're not getting reviews? One of them I just started using it February but the other one had been in use from since last year. On the error logs, both hotels do show:
