We moved with our hotel to another solution. We reported more than 12 bugs and many improvement ideas but got no response at all from the team (search for "Bug" or "Improvement").

The problem is that the bugs are not letting you having a proper work flow. Invoices cannot be written and the OnePage does only work when you sell your room as pauschal no matter how many people stay in the room.

There is no perfect solution on the market due to the complexity of the interfaces and that there are no global definitions for it. But there are better solutions that support your work flow.
