I'm using this site for 2 separate hotels and I'm noticing that they're not getting reviews? One of them I just started using it February but the other one had been in use from since last year. On the error logs, both hotels do show: Get reviews error: The remote server returned an error: (503) Service Unavailable. | 9516018 Get reviews error: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. | 1179592 Hotel ID 1: 1508161156 Hotel ID 2: 1508168333

We have a seasonal glamping through nobeds, and we have marked November-March as 0 availability. This is however showing in Airbnb as free to book. How can i change this? Dear NoBeds, today we received a booking from Booking.com for 2 people on one single guest listing. Result: two orders created for the same listing with final availability -1! Please look at the referral order id: 4241249631 (NoBeds order id: 1875068 and 1875069). Unfortunately we had to correct immediately moving one of the two orders to a different listing, we hope haven't contaminated the case for your analysis. Can you explain us what happens? We are going into the high season and tons or requests are going to come, we fear possible overbooking cases.... Is there some mismatching on the channel? From our side, just looking at the listing ids everything looks good. Is an integration with Vrbo on the cards? We're considering listing our property there, it seems like a channel that is growing in popularity and it would be worth the effort to list there as well as Airbnb. I understand they are part of Expedia Group, but it does not look like their systems talk to each other so would need a Vrbo specific listing. Thanks!

Hello, I'm having issues with the channel manager and nobeds calender. For the past 2 weeks, I've recieved 3 reservations (two from Expedia expedi and one from booking.com) where my availability has been completely closed off resulting the quantity to go into negatives. should I disconnect both channels and try again? It's steadily becoming an issue as the 3rd booking came quarter at night after closing hours. On another note, my emails isn't working anymore. It's now sending the default email instead of the one I saved before.

We sell the rooms in our B&B as separate units, but also want to offer the option of booking the whole property as a single unit. We can set this up and manage it manually, but it's dangerous and prone to mistakes. We're currently looking at alternative providers who can offer this feature, it would be great if Nobeds could do this though as we're pretty happy otherwise.
