Missing invoices for August and September 2025 — request for assistance

Dear NoBeds Support Team,

I haven’t received the invoices for August and September 2025.

Previously, invoices were either sent via email or available for download from the website. Currently, I haven’t received any emails, and when I try to download the invoices from https://nobeds.app/Settings/Subscription, I encounter an error.

For example, clicking the “Download” button for August redirects to: https://nobeds.app/invoice/NumberOFInvoice— which returns an HTTP 500 error.

I kindly ask you to send me the missing invoices or let me know how I can access them.

P.S. I sent an email regarding this issue on September 17, 2025, but I still haven’t received any response, even though the matter is urgent.
