I would like to suggest adding a message center to the channel manager that enables direct communication with guests from platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb.

Currently, managing messages requires switching between different platforms, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Integrating a centralized messaging system within the channel manager would streamline communication and improve workflow efficiency.

Key features could include:

  • A unified inbox for all guest messages, regardless of the platform they use
  • Real-time notifications for new messages
  • Automated responses and message templates
  • An AI assistant that generates message drafts, allowing users to send them immediately or modify before sending
  • AI-powered automatic responses to frequently asked questions
