Airbnb Channel Buttons - What do they mean?

Does anyone have any good explanation for the newest AirBnB channel mgr buttons?

For instance, the 3rd button is green and says "Active" "Automatic syncing every minute" But actually, it isn't sync-ing automatically.

The other buttons are equally confusing.
