Manage properties in diffferent countries with different currencies

We have 2 properties in 2 different countries, under the same Brand:

  1. Guest-House with 3 bed-rooms in the UK, prices are setup in GBP
  2. Apart-Hotel with 4 flats in Bulgaria, prices are setup in BGN

So far, we have used Booking.com and Expedia (and a little Google), which allow us to have multiple properties under one account.

Please advise, which scenario should I use on the Nobeds extranet and if possible to use different currencies?
