No adding rates/availability to booking.com

Hi,

We have a pro subscription, and we added one property with 3 apartments to NoBeds. Then, we selected NoBeds as our booking.com connectivity provider, and set the rates/availability of our apartments in NoBeds almost till the end of 2024. Finally, we connected booking.com to NoBeds using your guidelines (property ID, select listing, etc.)

But even after several hours (and manually clicking the sync button – and almost every other button available too), booking.com is still showing NO availability for 2024. It says there might be some error in mapping our rates/availability to booking.com, but provides very vague information about this error.

Since then, we've tried deleting and re-adding our apartments; we've tried clicking on another rate in NoBeds to sync – but still nothing.

Please help us sort this out asap, as we're losing out on bookings every day this issue persists. We really want to like NoBeds, but so far it's unusable for us because of this issue...
