Calendar Issue

Hello, I'm having issues with the channel manager and nobeds calender. For the past 2 weeks, I've recieved 3 reservations (two from Expedia expedi and one from booking.com) where my availability has been completely closed off resulting the quantity to go into negatives.

should I disconnect both channels and try again? It's steadily becoming an issue as the 3rd booking came quarter at night after closing hours.

On another note, my emails isn't working anymore. It's now sending the default email instead of the one I saved before.
