API to close room availbility AGODA

we are using API to set availbility calendar to close the room

Booking.com and Airbnb working just fine.. except AGODA it does not CLOSE the calendar on their OTA.

This usually cause problem and overbooking at the end.

anyone can help please.. what cause this issue?
