Who's error is this?

Dear Nobeds Support,

something really strange happened today.

We received the cancellation for the Booking.com reservation number 4035175654 on the listing "1 Bed in Quadruple Shared Western Style Room "Yotsu Tsuta" 478228307 ". The reservation was for Nov 13th.

After receiving the cancellation flow that opened the listing we noticed that also another listing (1 Bed in Quadruple Shared Western Style Room "Yotsu Tsuta" 478228309) had been opened on the Booking.com's calendar on the same date. But that listing indeed wasn't available for us due to the Airbnb reservation number HMTSPH2QYS.

We performed a Full Availability Send to Booking.com and the calendars now are aligned but of course we can't control manually the alignment of the calendars every time - it has been just a lucky coincidence today that provably saved us from a situation of overbooking.

Could you tell us please what happened and why?
