New overbooking case

Dear NoBeds Support,

last night we received the new booking number 1795160 from Booking.com.

Unfortunately the reservation is unjustified because the chosen listing had already been reserved in that date by the reservation 1758150.

It's an overbooking that now we have to manage somehow with the guest. These is unfortunately the worst possible scenario!

Could you please check what happened and why? For our sake and your.
