Control inventories and rates in each OTAs after connecting

I use 3 channels (Airbnb, Booking, Expedia).

After connecting these channels with Nobeds, can I still manage inventories and rates in each OTA platform so that I can make a change from both sides (Nobeds or OTAs) and see the same result from both sides?
