To address this concern and enhance the reliability of your system, I propose the implementation of the following features:

Automated Error Notifications:

• Develop an automated error notification system that promptly alerts both the booking platform and the affected reservation whenever a booking is attempted with insufficient room availability.
• Ensure that the notification includes detailed information such as the specific room, the time of the attempted booking, and the current availability status at the time of the error.

Automatic Availability Refresh on Error:

• Integrate an automatic availability refresh mechanism triggered by the error notification.
• Whenever an error occurs due to insufficient availability, the system should automatically refresh the availability status for the specific room in question on the external pages.

We believe these enhancements will significantly improve the overall performance of your platform, ensuring that availability data is consistently accurate and up-to-date.
