Invoice link not correct

So, basically I got the same problem as in https://help.nobeds.app/discuss/64f2307915bfdf0044babb45

In settings menu it says that the direct_link shortcode affects the invoice link. Unfortunately, it does not. After I empty out my direct_link invoices are still sent with the old domain. I thought this might take time to sync or whatever, but even after a few hours after the change this is still the same.

So is this setting actually affecting the invoice links or not? It'll be so nice if you could remove the old domain from my settings and maybe tell us how to achieve that without contacting the helpdesk.
