Different Rates per Room and Person Count and Stay duration

Hi,
is it possible to have one room with the following rated:

2 Nights or more
- 200 / Night for 2 Persons
- 150 / Night for 1 Person
1 Night
- 250 for 2 Persons
- 175 for 1 Person

So I'm talking about a rate for only one night stay for either 1 or 2 Persons (different prices), but if 2 night stay or more, a slightly cheaper price per night, also for 1 or 2 Persons (different prices) and all of that on one room
