Difficulty in getting started.

After linking 1 AirBnB listing at signup, I was not able to making a booking manually, the 1st error I think was no Currency setup. Could not get to the Currency/Invoice setting, the second error was there was no bookings! Tried the booking again and realised after a while there was no availability on the listing, so I had to figure that out. Having to select dates and changing from 1 and 0 was no very user friendly. took a while to realise on the second click the option changed to rates. I went in circles before getting this going.

  1. I think the onboarding should be simplify. Location, Currency etc at first login.
  2. Availability should be default to ON unless dates are blocked. Having to always edit dates ruins the experience as the intent is to automate the process.
  3. Rate Plans should be setup independently/bulk edit which listings it would apply to or chosen under the listing itself.
  4. New booking icon should have a floating notice to help first time clients as it took a little while to find it. Wasn't an issue after that, but it does pile on when there are already a bunch of issues.
  5. Maybe a full access for 7, 15 or 30 days that reverts back to basic after trial. Show the full potential of nobeds to clients!

nobeds is still one of the best options available after a week of testing almost everything I could find free or with trials that didn't include contacting customer service. A lot is available free with nobeds, and I'm hoping it could be made better.
