whats the diffrent between those booking information below

Per night: IDR378000
TOTAL: IDR 378000
Paid:IDR 0
Balance. 378000

(is that means Guest didnt paid booking.com or booking.com havent paid us or what?)

Per night : IDR 358200
TOTAL: IDR 0
PAID IDR 0

(Why there is NO TOTAL? and Paid is 0 with green color means?)

Please help anyone can explain?
