Good Morning
For people with less knowledge in IT, maybe we can please get examples of the application of CSS?
For example, I want the top of the site to have a plain beige or white logo and menu that won't scroll if the rest of the site does.

Also on the sides of the gallery I would like arrows to show that it is possible to move photos

Maybe someone knows how to design it?
